We loved this property! It fit our family perfectly! We loved that every area was functional and efficient. Beautifully planned and maintained. The management was so kind and helpful! Location was so convenient and we had so much fun exploring on the bikes!

Five Stars!
I can’t say enough good things about this property. To start- the management team handled all of our many questions promptly and were incredibly kind. The house was spectacular! Super clean with plenty of space for everyone. We especially appreciated how each bedroom had a dedicated bathroom. It made staying with multiple family units idea so everyone could have their own suite to retreat to. The location to the beach was excellent, as it’s only a block from the beach access. The town square was an easy walk as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Gorgeous!
The house was absolutely gorgeous, the backyard is INCREDIBLE! Host was so sweet and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We can’t wait to come back!!!

BEAUTIFUL home!
BEAUTIFUL home! Very well maintained and perfect for a large group. Home is decorated so well and so cute! We enjoyed the bikes, the pool, a quick walk to beach, and really appreciated the extra details that other airbnbs don’t typically have (plenty of beach towels, quality toiletries in every bathroom etc). I would highly recommend this house! We had a group of 12 and we were all comfortable and had a great time! 10/10!

Fantastic!

Fun in the Sun
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental - quick walk to the beach - house set up is perfect for multiple families - quick bike ride seaside.

Azalea Blue
Home is beautiful! Family of 13...grandparents, kids, grandkids, had plenty of room. Set up is family friendly! Steps from beach on 30A. Great backyard with big play area and pool. Lots of space for lounging around. Home is very nicely furnished. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Seaside. Publix and liquor store are less than 5 minute drive. Whole area is golf cart friendly. We had 2 rental carts and parked the cars 90% of the time. Driveway space for 4 vehicles.

Outstanding and Beautiful
Wow! Azalea Blue is so beautiful and could not have been a better place for our family! First, the location to the beach was virtually a 2 minute walk and the beach was never crowded. So close to Seaside, the bikes were used all the time by the grandkids. The property is so spacious with the 4 master suites and bunk room. The grandkids spent nights in the tv room and loved being by themselves. With 15 people, we appreciated the huge refrigerator/freezer, and as well, the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off! Sarah was so easy to work with from arranging the rental and checking in daily even though we had no issues. I would highly recommend this place-so beautiful and a perfect location!

The Best Week at Azalea Blue
Azalea Blue was perfect for our 3 families during Spring Break! Great location and the house is amazing! So beautiful and spacious inside and the bunk room, turf area and pool were absolutely perfect for our kids! We really appreciated how clean the house was and everything we needed was there!! The bikes were a hit and you cannot beat the location!! Thank you Sea & Stay 30A and Sarah for being so amazing and easy to work with-we will be back!

Azalea Blue - Amazing
We had the most wonderful Easter staying in Azalea Blue. The house was just perfect! Everything in the house was well thought out. Every bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. Huge backyard with a heated pool and the beach is less than a block away! The house manager/rental company was the most attentive and super helpful in every way. 5 stars

Azalea Blue is worth every penny!!!
As a group who always stays right on the beach we had more family members this year and needed a larger property. This house is a VERY short walk to the beach! No golf cart needed. The house is absolutely beautiful and the layout is perfect for those who don’t like a ton of stairs. With only two levels it is great for older folks. One of the best perks is that every bedroom has a private bath. The huge master suite on the second level has a “wet room” ( or wet bathroom) that is amazing. Home was very clean and well stocked. Communication with property management was excellent. Outside area with “turf” around pool is perfect for games. Heated pool is a big plus! Azalea Blue is worth every penny!!! Highly recommend!

Great Family Stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Azalea Blue! The pool was great for my son and the house had plenty of space to spread out. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for several home cooked meals. It was a very short walk to the beach and biking to nearby spots was easy. Great family stay

Amazing!!!
I am a 3 time repeat customer in this house! This year the house looked the best I have ever seen it. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to all the decorations and amenities. It is such a great location, close to all the great restaurants in the area plus a short walk to the beach. My family looks forward to returning every year! If we are not at the beach we are in the pool or eating in the kitchen with amazing appliances and plenty of utensils. Beds are super comfortable and private bathrooms for every bedroom (huge plus)! Sea & Stay 30A, the best property managers in the area!! Friendly and responsive to all questions and concerns! I highly recommend Azalea Blue for your stay!

Perfect Spot!
We had the best reunion at Azalea Blue! A perfect spot for a girls trip. Would also be a fabulous place for multiple families. The pictures don’t do the property justice. If you can believe it, it is even more beautiful in real life. Plenty of space. The backyard is a dream! We loved the turf grass. Cannot wait to visit the property again! Worth every penny!

Azalea Blue...Family & Friends Trip
I cannot say enough about this fabulous home and the great time we had there! Lots of space, location is amazing, & the girls at Sea and Stay 30A are top notch! Anytime we called, they answered, we will definitely be back! The house was decorated beautifully. Lots of space. The backyard is amazing. The house came with lots of bikes, beach towels, pool toys, and backyard activities. I have rented from all the large rental agencies on 30A and this awesome boutique agency is top notch, will definitely be a repeat customer with them!

Fabulous Stay at Azalea Blue
The cleanest beach house we have ever rented! Excellent communication from Sea & Stay 30A. Beach access is a one minute walk. Much less crowded than other adjacent areas. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing home! Great amenities! Would love to stay at any of their locations!
Incredible home and amazing customer service! We had a pipe problem occur at our original rental (not from Sea & Stay 30A). We were scrambling at 9pm trying to find a place to stay and they answered within minutes. They had us in the house that night and checked on us throughout the week. Great amenities and a very short walk to the beach. We would love to stay again!

Incredible Property!
We simply had the best stay at Azalea Blue! Perfect location in walking distance to everything. Short walk to Seaside proper with all the food trucks and shopping and you are just a few minute walk to the beach. The house is perfectly stocked with everything you need to cook for and to feed a larger group! Love how all the drawers and shelves are labeled so it's easy to remember where to put things back after they come out of the dishwasher. So well organized. Top of the line appliances in this home! Huge, huge refrigerator was perfect since we had 12 mouths to stock up for and to feed. No skimping at this property with all that is provided for use. Rooms are all so well decorated and comfortable and we enjoyed the backyard and the use of the bikes as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and lovely home!
Perfect home for extended family vacation! Location is perfect with a 1 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to seaside square. Beach is not crowded and super easy to get a “front row”seat unlike more crowded locations. We loved the private pool and large turf backyard. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Love all the thoughtful little touches like lots of hooks, storage and beach towels. The bikes supplied are very high quality and so easy to ride. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the charcuterie board waiting for us upon arrival. Super responsive management company. Highly recommend and will definitely stay in this house again!

Perfect House!
Absolutely our favorite house ever! We've been visiting 30a for 10+ years and this home exceeded our expectations! We had 2 families with 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 12 yo to 3 yo and the home could have easily accommodated another family. The floor plan was excellent - laundry room/pantry, all bedrooms had en suite bath/shower, large kitchen with high end appliances, comfortable family area - and the pool/outdoor area was perfect for a cool down (or warm up in our case). Super short walk to Holly Beach Access - even the 3 year old made the walk easily. Lots of little extras that we really appreciated - extra beach towels, charcuterie waiting in the fridge upon arrival, plenty of extra linens. We would definitely stay again!
