The living room features a fantastic space for taking in gulf views & coastal breezes while overlooking the backyard, deck space, and private pool/hot tub. Bedrooms and bathrooms are airy & bright, with every modern convenience made available. And out back, the fun really begins! Barefoot Bungalow offers a beautifully designed outdoor area with a heated pool, hot tub, furnished sundeck, in-ground trampoline, gas grill, & outdoor dining set for those looking to dine alfresco. This property is pet friendly, $150 non-refundable fee per pet will apply. A large dog crate can be made available for an additional fee.
Barefoot Bungalow is professionally managed by Sea & Stay 30A & is best rented though our website. Parties, events, & smoking are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Beautiful
We enjoyed our stay with Sea & Stay 30A. The house was beautiful and had every amenity from a hot tub, pool, great location, in ground trampoline, and right on the beach. The house was fully equipped and had nice furnishings. The house came with beach chairs, bikes, rafts and pool floats. It was absolutely beautiful watching the sunset from the house every night over the ocean. I highly recommend Sea & Stay 30A! Don’t Sleep on this One!
The beach access is amazing, literally just down a short flight of steps. So convenient. And the beach is so private. House is beautiful - excellent location. Restaurants and grocery so close. Even biked to Watercolor. House has everything you could possibly need. Great family vacation!
We had a great family vacation here. Our daughter’s first beach trip at 9 months, and it was very easy to access beach and get back and forth. Pool was perfect, you can see the ocean while you’re in it. All in all i would highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway. Last minute change of plans
Our vacation plans changed at the last minute and we found this property with less than a day’s notice. It was exactly as advertised and the host was very attentive to any questions we had. Beautiful Home, Great Set Up
We had a wonderful trip at this lovely home! The location to the beach can’t be beat. Stayed a week with our family with 4 kids ages 8, 6, 3 & 1. The pool was great and much bigger than many you find on 30a. The trampoline was a huge hit and the beach access was steps away. So close that the baby monitor worked on the beach! The house is light filled and lovely with all you could need to cook meals and everyone was comfortable. We’d never stayed in this area before but it was close to restaurants, grocery stores, whatever we needed. The management team was helpful and quick to respond or just check in on us. Fantastic family vacation
The home was beautiful, exactly as pictured in the photos. The location was amazing. All of the furnishings were fantastic. We cooked at home several nights and had every single thing we needed in the kitchen. Perfect Family Vacation
The property was exactly as pictured in all of the photos it exceeded our expectations! It was just across 30A to walk to Stinky’s Fishcamp restaurant, beautiful views of the ocean very nice almost private beach. The kitchen was well appointed. Wonderful!
My family and I had a wonderful stay here! We wanted quality time together and that’s exactly what we got. We enjoyed the heated pool especially! The beach is right out the back gate.
