We loved it!!!
We had a great time at Sea and Stay. It was closer to a public beach than we realized by the pictures. Great location. Close to the beach, Wal Mart, Publix, and a short drive to many areas to shop, eat, and entertainment. The house is amazing. The outdoor pool was great for the kids. There is a grill out on the patio which would have been perfect for a cookout if it wasn’t cold weather. (Maybe next time). There is a large screened in porch and front porch that makes you feel at home on the front. The house is very clean. The rooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen and dining area are designed to entertain large crowds. The host is very responsive. We loved it!!!

Wonderful
This place was a wonderful choice for our family of 8. Close proximity to several beach accesses. 2.5 miles to Walmart and a golf cart ride to many good restaurants and stores. The private pool was the best part. Very spacious and the outside area around it had plenty of chairs and a gas grill. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Amazing beach house, even more amazing customer service!
I left out of my initial review how amazing Sarah is, but that’s ok she deserves a glowing review all her own! From booking to departure she was on top of it every step of the way! She was always only a phone call or text away- anytime, any day! We had a terrible storm one night and had an electrical issue from it and boy was she on the spot. I let her know first thing the next morning and someone was out to the house to assess the issue right away. Sarah is obviously very experienced and great at her job! She leaves no detail unnoticed. I feel certain you could ask her just about anything and she’d either know the answer or where to find it. Thanks Sarah for making our stay extra special, your attention to detail does not go unnoticed and is absolutely appreciated (and delivered with a smile and cheery attitude at that)!

Fantastic! Everything you could ever want!!!!
If you’re looking for the perfect beach house, this is it! They've thought of everything- the kitchen and bathrooms are so well stocked! There are beach chairs, toys, floats, bikes, golf cart and an arcade machine! The pool is private and a great place for a night hang! Spend some lazy time in the hammock or rocking on the screen porch. Beach is just a short bike ride or golf cart ride away- easy come and easy go. Prime location near dining and groceries! This beach house truly has it all. Coastal living at its finest for sure.

Fantastic Time
Had a fantastic time in Santa Rosa Beach. The house with amenities was perfect. We want to return each year. The pool was amazing and the golf cart was an added bonus. Highly recommend this house. You can stay here (never leave the house and pool) and still feel like you were on vacation. So peaceful and relaxing!!

We loved this house!
We loved this house! It's a short walk to the beach, private location, had chairs floaties and a golf cart! The pool was great and the host checked in often and was very responsive. Would recommend and stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect
We were so pleased with our reservation! The house was better than I ever imagined. They supplied us with everything we needed to start out our vacation, the location was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous, just absolutely perfect. I will book this house again in the future!

Great House
We absolutely love this house. Great location. Only a 3 min golf cart ride to beach access and if the first location is busy there is another beach access less than 1 min away from that one, which was less busy for us during the busy summer. Dune Allen/Santa Rosa Beach is a very nice and beautiful beach! We loved that the house has a 6 seater golf cart for us to use. It is a very nice golf cart and is very comfortable. The screened in porch is very nice! We loved sitting in the rocking chairs with the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The pool was very nice and clean. Love the outdoor shower it helped a ton with all the sand from the beach. Great backyard with lots of places to sit around the pool. The house was very clean and well kept. It’s a great house with lots of space for two families. Having a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs worked very well for us. The kitchen was very spacious and had all of the things we needed when we cooked. The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds were all very comfortable and clean! The teenagers loved sleeping in the sunroom and the cool pool lights in the pool for nighttime swims. Sarah was amazing! She checked on us often to see if we needed anything. She kept us well informed on when the house was ready and communicated with us the entire stay. She answered any questions we had very quickly. She was able to help me with rental chair setup at the beach. The property also has beach chairs, pool toys and a beach umbrella. A Publix and Walmart close by. Lots of great places to eat nearby. We loved Stinky’s Fish camp! Excellent food!! We had a great vacation and loved everything about it. We would highly recommend this property to everyone. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Dune Allen/Santa Rosa Beach!! Sarah is amazing and made our vacation great!

This place was beautiful! Lots of room for our family trip! The kids loved it and the pool most of all! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. Host was super! Really close to the beach and the golf cart was really fun for the whole family! 10/10 recommend!!!

Incredible house…location…golf cart…pool!
We absolutely fell in love with this house, its location, and all the amenities offered. So much character in this home. Blue Bungalow really stands out from the usual 30A look—which normally, while beautiful, definitely smacks of interior decorator. This house is different. So warm and comfortable and filled with “Old Florida” charm., but still impeccably finished. The location is perfect—-away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. The beach is a three-minute golf cart ride. This property’s closest beach access is so close and the best beach ever—not crowded and feels like a “local’s secret”. We never went anywhere else. The pool makes a gorgeous backyard retreat. We enjoyed it daily after returning from the beach. Some mornings I relaxed on the screened-in porch while drinking my coffee and rocking while listening to the birds. There is no shortage of areas to relax in this house. The property manager was heaven-sent! Anytime we had a question, she responded immediately and via text. So easy breezy and so friendly. We never wanted for a thing! If we returned to 30A, we could never stay anywhere else! This house was like a retreat in nature and a high/end resort and casual laid-back beach vacation all in one! If I could give it more stars, I would. You will love this property!

AMAZING
From the spacious rooms, the homey feel, the updated & modern kitchen to the wrap around porch & pool - this place is a 12/10! The amenities & location are what makes this place special. We had an absolute blast staying at this BEAUTIFUL home over a long weekend. Shops, restaurants & stores are easily accessible without being right in your face & allowing privacy. The deck & pool are HEAVEN for children or adult entertainment. The fact that Sea & Stay 30A have thought of everything, down to the limo golf cart, two living rooms for lounging for kids & adults is truly remarkable. Not to mention the 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach access. This place felt like home & will be a staple in our travel plans from here on!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful week with Sea & Stay 30A! A gorgeously decorated home with all the amenities needed. True sleeping for 12 people, not including couches. A short walk down to a gorgeous private beach area that wasn’t overcrowded. We loved being in this area of 30A, but if you want to walk to restaurants, you need to stay further down, however, with the provided golf cart, it was easy and safe to drive down 30A for all sorts of restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!
