Our stay at Camellia Blue was wonderful. We had another place booked through a different company and it was a nightmare when we arrived. We quickly started looking for other places and Sarah was so quick to respond and very accommodating. When we walked into this home we were speechless. We had a great time in Seaside and loved the area. The walk to the beach was quick and very manageable with kids. The house was very clean and had the necessities we were needing. We had such a lovely time hanging by the pool, cooking dinners, cruising on the golf cart and bikes, watching sunsets on the rooftop deck and just being together in the huge living room. We have no complaints and would love to stay here again!

The home was beautiful!
The home was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we wanted for a relaxing and fun stay on 30A. The beach access was convenient and close. The home had so many amenities that made the stay perfect. We loved the shower/bath room. The closets were huge and washer/dryer on each floor made laundry so easy. The huge kitchen, walk-in pantry and multiple grills made meals and cooking easy. The customer service was exceptional.

Perfect for large groups
We loved the layout of this house - we had 17 people, and everybody slept comfortably! Love having two bunk rooms! We had some issues with the oven, but the property manager was super responsive and quickly helped with a solution. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE ��

Six Families. Zero Complaints. One Amazing House.
We stayed at this amazing home last week with six families (five kids ranging from ages 2 to 13), and it couldn’t have been more perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and all the extra fridges made it super easy to keep drinks cold and snacks on hand. But let’s be honest—the real MVPs were the ice machines. We never had to buy a single bag of ice the whole trip. #IYKYK

The location was great too—just a short walk to the beach and Seaside (if you can brave the summer heat!). We’re already talking about renting it again. Highly recommend!

Sensational Summer Seaside Stay!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Camellia Blue! This beautiful beach home is full of charm and thoughtful details. The fourth-floor views were absolutely stunning, the bikes were such a fun and convenient touch, and the pool was refreshing and inviting. The open kitchen and living space made it easy to relax and enjoy time together, especially as we celebrated a new engagement! It was truly a perfect getaway.

Camellia Blue never disappoints! This is our second year staying at this property with our adult children and their spouses. The location is ideal; it's just a short walk to the beach and grocery store. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. Check-in and out are easy. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing!!!
This house was an absolute dream! We had 12 adults and 6 kids with plenty of living space. The rooms and bathrooms are all gorgeous. Location to the beach and downtown Seaside was a quick walk/golf cart ride away. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Sarah the property manager was outstanding - checking in during our stay and made everything super easy.

Fantastic rental in a great location!
This beautifully appointed home was perfect for our extended family (18 y/o-84 y/o) Christmas vacation. Any issue was quickly resolved by Sarah, who was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Three levels of living, provided plenty of space for everyone. The bedding and linens were exceptional for a rental. Highly recommend this home, half a mile walk to Seaside and convenient to the beach as well as beautiful views from the fourth level. We look forward to returning.

Absolutely Beautiful!
This house is absolutely beautiful, exactly as described! The kitchen and the restrooms are fully stocked & having a washer and dryer on each level is also very convenient! Public Access to the beach is directly in front of the house which is also a plus! We had an issue with the elevator and had someone onsite within a couple of minutes to fix it. They constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. Overall we had an awesome experience! We would definitely come back to this house!

Amazing Home on 30A
The most beautiful and comfortable home we have ever stayed in and we come to 30A every year! Location is amazing and only 1 block off 30A. The furnishings are top notch. Each room has its own private bathroom. There are multiple ice makers and sitting areas throughout the home. The kitchen is large with tons of seating and open to outdoor and indoor living spaces which was great for a large group!

Beautiful with lots of space for large group!
Layout is well done with several rooms with king beds, as well as bunk bed rooms on 1st and 3rd floor. Lots of patio space so you can enjoy sun throughout the day. Kids loved playing in the heated pool in January, although it is small and not a diving pool, it provides another activity. The beach is super close, walking distance. House was clean and super new! Sarah, our property manager, was great at communicating and helping with questions. We will definitely be back! P.S. there are no condiments, including salt and pepper, so plan grocery delivery accordingly.

Fall Break Delight
What an AMAZING house, each level decorated to perfection. This house is over-the-top spectacular. All the amenities; pool, outdoor cooking areas with many dining areas, and the top floor view of the sunset, make the stay memorable. It's a short stroll to the fabulous beaches, Seaside & WaterColor. Can't wait to visit again!
