Amazing location; beautiful home!
We enjoyed our stay at Canal Cottage! Far from a cottage; the house is VERY large with space for everyone ;) Great location; easy walk to the beach and easy walk to Seaside. Loved all the great dining and shopping options walking distance. Easy check in; great communication with host. We will definitely plan on coming back and renting the same place. Thanks!

Wonderful Getaway
This home is in an amazing location in a quiet neighborhood. You would never know you were a short walk from the beach and all things seaside. The home is very well furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need. Highly recommend you treat yourself to this amazing property.

A must stay!
We had the most incredible stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were absolutely delicious, some of the best sleep we’ve had in ages. Every little detail made it feel like a true getaway. And Sarah, the property manager, was a dream to work with. She was warm, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a top-notch experience. We can’t wait to come back…this place is a gem!

Absolutely the prettiest home we have rented
Absolutely the prettiest home we have rented . We had a family reunion of 12 people and found the home a perfect size for our large family , the ages were 5 to 85 and there was something for everyone , the children played in the pool , the grandparents did all the jigsaw puzzles that were at the home , and the teens rode the bikes and shopped at the nearby seaside stores. We had good beach days and beautiful sunsets . We were able to come together for meals in the evening , there is a gas grill and green egg for outdoor cooking, and kitchen is fully equipped . Home is conveniently located to restaurants, beaches and grocery . Host was very responsive in communication , and even reminded us about trash days so we could get our trash out. I would say if you are going to have a large family to purchase a bag of ice in advance since the ice machine cannot keep up at first and bring your own hangers if you are bringing more than swimsuits and shorts ! Great house !

Excellent Vacation
I highly recommend this property for a vacation stay. We came with 4 adults and 4 kids and had PLENTY of room and our own areas to retreat to. The location was great and the pool in the back was an added bonus. The place comes with everything you need. Our contact Sarah was amazing and checked in with us to make sure we were taken care of. Had a couple of questions and she responded immediately. Love this place and we will be back.

Exceptional 30A Property
We enjoyed an exceptional vacation at this beautiful home conveniently located on the edge of Seaside FL. The layout and furnishing of the home was exceptionally well done. And, the sun porch, deck, and pool were great added bonuses! And communication with the host was superior. We would definitely recommend!!

Great Place
We had a great experience all around. Sarah was amazing at helping us get into this home when our AirBNB was canceled weeks before our trip. This home was perfect for our family. Our grandkids loved having a pool and spent many hours swimming. The house is beautiful and had everything that we could have needed. Very well stocked and lots of room for us all to share spaces. We went to the beach many times and was a very quick and easy walk. Great location. Will definitely be back again 💕

Spring Break 2025
The house was in a fantastic location, and the convenience of the backyard pool made our stay even better. The management company was proactive and responsive, checking in and quickly answering any questions. We’d definitely come back.

THE Place to Stay on 30A
Canal Street Cottage has it all! Ample space, but still feels cozy and like home. The layout is great and the kids loved their own space upstairs and also spent a lot of time in the sunroom. The heated pool with lights was awesome day and night. Sarah was super accommodating and responsive and we really felt like this was our best 30A experience to date over the last 10 years that we’ve been visiting the area. We will most definitely be coming back to Canal Street Cottage.

Beautiful and Spacious
Absolutely loved staying at Canal Street Cottage. The house is roomy, clean, well decorated, well stocked, comfortable and has the most amazing pool and outdoor area. We walked to the beach and restaurants and shopping. The bikes were convenient and my crew had a blast riding around town. We did not want to leave! So very happy with our trip and made so many memories!

Great Week at Canal Street Cottage
Canal Street Cottage is a fabulous house. It is beautiful, well maintained and has everything you will need for your stay, and more. It is an easy walk into the Seaside Square for shopping, dining and entertainment. Also, easy access to the beach! The staff at Sea & Stay 30a were so easy to work with and were very nice! You can’t go wrong with this house!

Beautiful house in a perfect location!!
We were two families of five (for a total of 10 people) and the house was perfect. The house is clean, in great condition, wonderful natural light, spacious throughout and a perfect location where it's within walking distance of downtown Seaside yet tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was amazing and the view in the back of the house is awesome. Sarah at Sea & Stay was so helpful and super responsive with all of our questions. It was a truly specular week. We will be back for sure!!

Perfection!
I stayed here with my friends and we had the best time ever! Everything about it was perfect! There was 11 of us and we never felt crammed. The walk to the beach was so easy and the pool in the back was amazing and so convenient! We were so sad to leave. There is nothing to complain about! The house, the location, and the communication was amazing! Definitely book this house for your next vacation!

Last Vacay Before School
My husband and I took our daughter and 4 of her friends to the beach as a last minute trip before school starts back. The house is better than pictured. Very very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is perfect!!

Much Needed Rest!
