Our host was great. Very accommodating to every question and request that we had. The house and area was beautiful with many activities to do. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

Absolutely loved it!!!!
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and absolutely loved it!!!! The photos don’t do the house justice, it is even more beautiful in person! My only “complaint” (for lack of a better term) is that they do not provide any cleaning supplies and only give 2 trash bags for your stay, so be prepared to buy those items. The kitchen also didn’t have any staples, like salt & pepper etc. The hosts even helped us out with an early check in, they were super responsive and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Amazing!
We had a absolute blast at Nellies Beach House! The house was awesome! There was plenty of room for everyone in our party! It was very clean and beautiful!! I have zero complaints about the house and can’t wait to come back! The location was perfect- like minutes from the pool and shopping! Getting to the beach was very easy, just everything at your fingertips!

Nellie’s Beach House
Can’t recommend Nellie’s Beach House enough! I brought my daughters and friends and two other adults for a graduation trip. We had more than enough room and the houses are immaculate! Kitchens are stocked ready for cooking any meal. More than enough towels and beach chairs, mats, wake boards, and bicycles are there ready for use. Entertainment, restaurants, shopping all within walking distance. The leasing agent was more than helpful and available for all questions about house and area. I will be booking again. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Awesome stay
We have vacationed in Seacrest now for 8 yrs. This house was fantastic. We had 14 people with us and the house more than accommodated our needs. Rooms are spacious , couches are comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for making all our lunches and dinners. Porches outside are spacious and comfortable. The location of the house was by far the best one we have rented for easy walking to the community center, pool, and the beach. This was great for us not having to wait around for the trams. Would definitely consider this house again.

Wonderful Stay at Nellies House
This house and carriage house is just amazing. We had absolutely no complaints! We walked in to a very clean house. The Primary Bedroom and bathroom was breathtaking The kitchen had everything you need for a large family. We slept the best we have ever slept when not in our own bed, The mattress was better than mine at home! We are already booking the same house for next year!!!!

Finally found our perfect place at Rosemary
My family and I have been coming down to Rosemary for the last five years. We’ve stayed at lots of different homes in the area. For our group, it could not have been a more perfect house! All of the older boys who are between 14 and 21 stayed in the cottage house, which was perfect for them and how noisy they always are. We also had three college girls aged 19 with us who stayed in the room with the two full beds. And it was absolutely perfect for them also cause they had a separate entrance that went out to a private patio where they were able to hang out in the evenings when everybody else was ready for bed. I could go on about how perfect every room was. I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was huge, lots of shaded spots on different porches with rocking chairs to relax in the morning or even in the evening. Loved having a place in the back of the house to shower off and to hang all of our wet clothes and towels. Have not had that at any of the other houses we have stayed in. Also, Love that it backed up to a big grassy area. Kids were out there quite often playing kickball games. Location was perfect. We were kind of in the middle of everything. Last year we stayed at one of the houses overlooking the pool and though it was nice there was no privacy. This house had privacy and you were still close to everything. I cannot recommend this house enough! This is definitely the only house we will stay in from now on!

Wonderful
Our stay at Nellie’s Beach House was so wonderful! The house is beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was so clean. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive. I asked if we could get into the Airbnb early and they certainly over delivered and let us in super early which was amazing! So many kitchen supplies to use as well.

We loved our stay here!
We loved our stay here! We were here with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette trip and loved everything about the house. It was so easy to check in and loved how flexible Sarah was with an early check in and late check out. The house was big enough for almost all of us to have a bed. It was clean and we loved the big kitchen. It was also the perfect walking distance to many restaurants around the area.

Beautiful!
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this home! The house was beautiful! It was perfect for a large family gathering in the kitchen or living room. The bikes were all working and my kids were thrilled to have them. There were beach chairs in the back, which were an unexpected perk. The location could not have been better. We were a 5-minute walk to the ocean. We were right next to all the restaurants and weekend entertainment. The communication with our host was fantastic. There was so much to do around the area. 100% would recommend this home to anyone! We will be booking again.

Wonderful stay in 30A!
We had an incredible stay at Nellie’s beach house. The location was perfect; the house was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and our host was so accommodating and lovely, checking in on us daily. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the 30A area, and hope to be back again myself.

One of Our Favorites!
We’ve stayed in Rosemary beach several times and this house was one of our favorites. The house was perfect for our large family of 15 and the location was ideal. We would get close to “real time” responses from the owner and/or management when we had a question about anything. We will be a returning guest. Highly recommend 10/10!

Nellie's Astonishing Beach House!
Words fall short to describe how much my family and friends enjoyed our stay at Nellie's Beach House. Very beautiful and spacious home, property has different amenities for everyone including little ones to enjoy. We were very pleased and grateful with the service provided and the staff.
