Nellie's Beach House
The 1st floor is amazingly bright & open with a wonderful flow perfect for entertainment. While the 2nd & 3rd floors offer more seclusion, perfect for those in need of a little R & R. All bedrooms each have their own bathroom, walk-in closet, & private patio access with exception of the 1st floor bedroom. There is a marvelous open-air outdoor grilling station adjacent to an incredibly cute & cozy green space & patio space for days on all three floors. Just to list a few of the many charming attributes this home has to offer! Nestled in between Rosemary & Alys Beach, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see...stunning views, amazing restaurants, upscale boutiques, live music, & even a farmer’s market every Sunday & Thursday. All of which are accessible via bike, tram or afoot. The home also sits parallel to Scenic 30A and is a few moments from access to US Hwy 98. A tad bit East, you will find a variety of grocery stores, pharmacies, & gas stations. Lastly, Seacrest Beach features 24/7 onsite security and greets you upon arrival with both parking passes & pool bands. This home is managed by Sea & Stay 30A and available to rent on our website. Parties, events, pets, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. If found in violation, guests are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

We loved our stay here!
We loved our stay here! We were here with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette trip and loved everything about the house. It was so easy to check in and loved how flexible Sarah was with an early check in and late check out. The house was big enough for almost all of us to have a bed. Beautiful!
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this home! The house was beautiful! It was perfect for a large family gathering in the kitchen or living room. The bikes were all working and my kids were thrilled to have them. There were beach chairs in the back, which were an unexpected perk. The location could not have been better. We were a 5-minute walk to the ocean. We were right next to all the restaurants and weekend entertainment. The communication with our host was fantastic. One of Our Favorites!
We’ve stayed in Rosemary beach several times and this house was one of our favorites. The house was perfect for our large family of 15 and the location was ideal. We would get close to “real time” responses from the owner and/or management when we had a question about anything. We will be a returning guest.
