We had a great week at Sea and Stay. The house was beautiful, the walk to the beach was easy, the pool was relaxing, and there was a lot to do in the area. Perfect girls’ week!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, check in was easy, the home was just as it looked in the photos, location was great and was within 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do, beach access was very convenient, and the host was great at communication with all our questions or concerns and always got back with me within 5 minutes! We can't wait to book this place to stay again soon!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was quiet and close to the beach. Loved that the area is not so crowded and the beach was just beautiful. The house has everything we needed and was super clean. We felt like home and would definitely come back!

Awesome
Sea & Stay 30A was awesome! The property and every detail in the design was perfect. The home is very spacious and was extremely clean. The pool was super close and beach access at Inlet Beach was right across the main road. The property manager was very responsive and went out of their way to give us details on everything we had questions about in the area. 5 stars in every category! We will definitely plan another trip and stay with Sea & Stay.

Wonderful!
We recently stayed at this wonderful vacation rental in Inlet Beach, and I can't recommend it enough. The neighborhood is fantastic – safe, quiet, and welcoming, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The community pool was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Florida sun. The host was exceptional, attentive, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a five-star experience!

So Wonderful!
The place was so wonderful, we wish that we could have stayed longer! The beds were super comfy, just the right amount of space and close to Inlet beach, which was beautiful. My mother-in-law was in love with the place and we all could have stayed more. The host was so responsive and nice! Just a delightful first trip to the beach with our two little girls!

Great Spring Break Experience
Serenity by the Sea was a clean, beautifully decorated, and well located home in Inlet Beach FLA. We went down with our 2 teens and 2 of their friends. The house is well located, in a quiet neighborhood, so bike rides to beach and Rosemary were easy. The beach was a short drive, or even a comfortable walk. The area is safe and the kids could enjoy a little independence to the pool, beach or shops while the adults enjoyed their time. We would recommend this house and location to anyone looking for some solid 30A beach time!

Awesome trip!
Lovely home! The eight of us had an awesome time! The house was very spacious and the layout was great. There are tons of shoppes nearby, we biked everywhere! We went jet skiing in Lake Powell which was awesome. We can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you

Amazing.
I really enjoyed my stay here — the beach was beautiful and very relaxing. The house has more than enough room for families of 4-6 and is located between many great restaurants and other places.

A DREAM Stay
The best family vacation ever! Day one: arrival: The house is incredibly beautiful and the welcoming touches took it to another level. We felt very special and in vacation mode from that moment. The property is in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, a few mins walk from 30A, and all the best 30A shops, 30Avenue, great for morning walks by Lake Powell or 30A. After the perfect run, we went for breakfast at the Donut Hole “The BEST”. Came back and got ready for the beach, and had a blast. The location is the least crowed of all. I couldn’t believe how much fun and how relaxing of a time we had. This was just day one …. WOW!!! Then it was repeat x 5. I left like having a temper tantrum when it was time to leave because I was in paradise :-). Be back as soon as possible. It’s a promise!

Gorgeous Home with Easy Beach Access
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity by the Sea! The house has beautiful furniture and decor, with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The open floor plan on the main level made it easy for us to all spend time together during and after meals. Bonus: every bedroom has its own flat-screen TV (and not the tiny ones like you see at many other rentals). The house is tucked away in the back corner of the neighborhood, but it's super easy to access the main road and head to the beach. My kids loved the bikes and used them every day! The public access for Inlet Beach is just across 98 and very easy to get to. The house is also close to Donut Hole, Shades and the start of 30A - a great location! We can't wait to go back.

Great Home in Great Neighborhood
Great home in a great neighborhood that was walkable to fun things to do. The nearby beach access was fantastic and is walkable or a quick drive.
