The host was phenomenal.
The host was phenomenal. The communication and hospitality were top notch. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an experience where even your unexpected needs are met. The kitchen was fully furnished and it made cooking at the property easy and we saved a little money that way. The rooms were nicely decorated and the space very tranquil, cozy, and perfect for making family memories. We spent lots of time in the family room and the front porch. Also, the outdoor shower in the driveway was a bonus to avoid tracking sand inside. Considering all the pool showers are cold it was refreshing that the outdoor shower was heated.As for the host, I reached out to ask if there was a first aide kit on site because kids will be kids, and she pulled up with one within minutes. I was blown away. I certainly didn’t expect her to deliver one to me. I felt like the main priority and I’m sure they have several other properties but every question was answered right away. She even sent reminders to help me avoid any extra charges. I was impressed with the level of genuine concern and hospitality. Beautiful, clean and well stocked!
This property looked exactly like the pictures online. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Each room was well stocked with towels, make up wipes, lotion anything we could have possibly needed. The house was walking distance from Rosemary beach, Alys beach and Seacrest beach. Sarah was amazing and responded quickly to any question I had and was consistently checking in to make sure everything was ok.
