As you enter this luxurious home and climb the stairs to the main living area, you're greeted with soaring wood ceilings, spacious living & dining areas, a chef's kitchen featuring a huge waterfall marble island, and an additional intimate seating area - perfect for entertaining family and friends! Out on the enormous wraparound balcony there are plenty of dining and lounging areas to relax and enjoy. Whether it's your morning coffee, glass of wine at sunset, dining al fresco or cheering on your favorite sports team on a large screen TV, all while enjoying breathtaking views of Lake Tresca. The upstairs also hosts a primary king bedroom with a spacious en suite bathroom having dual vanities and a glass enclosed shower. Additionally, upstairs there is a kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of built-in twin over queen size bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor features a spacious living area, kitchenette, and a cozy dining area. Two sets of French doors open to the oversized covered deck and pool area, while another set opens to a charming open courtyard perfect for unwinding. There is also a convenient laundry room and powder bathroom.
As you step outside, you are greeted by a large, heated pool with a great sun shelf perfect for little ones to play or adults to lounge! There are multiple seating areas, chaise lounges, and table for dining al fresco and a fenced-in grass yard for more outdoor fun.
Nestled in-between Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary/Alys Beaches, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see...stunning views, amazing food, & upscale boutiques.

An amazing escape to the beach
This beautiful property handled 12 of us from 3 families to close out summer with our high school graduates. The ideal location in proximity to the beach made it simple and easy to get there while enjoying the scenic porch views of the lake behind us. Family Beach Vacay
We just returned from 1 week family vacation at this wonderful beach house. We usually stay directly on the beach ,so this was going to be a new experience. We actually loved the peacefulness of the surrounding Lagoon . The house is;designed and decorated beautifully. So nice that each of six bedrooms had their own full bath . Location was great, near a very popular and yummy Ice Cream shop Pecan Jacks , a must visit at least once!! WE HIGHLY recommend this house for family vacations. Great family house
Tresca Pines is an amazing home!! We had a great family vacation and enjoyed everything about this house!! The pool and outside porches made being outside so enjoyable. The house is so well stocked. They had plenty of beach chairs, kids books and games, coolers on the porches to use and a very attentive house manager!! The decor inside is beautiful and very comfortable. Wonderful Home Away from Home!
This home is a rare find - the pictures don't do it justice! Every possible amenity has been provided for the most comfortable, spacious accommodations you'd want at your own home. Multigenerational family group of 12, stayed for a week, with plenty of space to be all together or all spread out and have sufficient personal space throughout the week. Very easy walk to the beach. Perfect location for access to nearby shopping and dining. Lots of places nearby to walk to for coffee or a quick bite to eat. Absolutely Beautiful
This home was absolutely beautiful, and the surrounding property was truly breathtaking. Being near the pond created such a serene atmosphere, and it was just a short walk to one of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen. Truly Remarkable
This home is fantastic in all ways! The things I was worried about were never a worry with this home! It's perfectly walkable to the beach, they already had tons of bikes to use, they had sand toys and a cart to use. Close enough for teens to drive a golf cart to Seaside and surrounding areas.
