We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very well appointed and homey. I loved all the decor and the fun art. We were very comfortable here. The short walk to the private beach was great and the beach itself was beautiful. Centrally located and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Sea and Stay was very helpful and always answered quickly if I had any questions.

Awesome location
Our house guest was super responsive and checks in daily via text to make sure everything is going well, ty! Beach access is directly across the street. Grill on the deck is perfect for dining in. We used the bikes daily to cruise to Seaside. Bedding was perfect, we forgot to ask the brand to purchase for our own home. Thanks for a great stay!

By far one of our favorites!
We’ve stayed in several areas/ homes along the 30A area and this was by far one of our favorites! Beach access was extremely easy to get to and VERY peaceful/ private in the best ways! The beds in this home were EXTREMELY comfortable to the point where we are looking into the same mattress toppers. We usually want to get up and go but the comfy beds and room darkening curtains made it so cozy. The pool was so nice and close to the home. Our kids had so much fun riding around on the bikes and felt safe enough to let them do it without us hovering :) The hosts were very fast at responding with any questions and always checked in. We will definitely be looking into this home again for next years vacation and couldn’t recommend this home enough!

Great House/ Great Location
Whitebird was absolutely perfect for our two families. The home was beautiful, had nice decor and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that would have been nice to include would be beach chairs. We did rent some, but the little ones are nice to take down to the water. The location to the beach and access was very convenient - and the pool was great! Sara was a great host and reached out often to check in. We highly recommend this property.

It was a great vacation!
We had 2 families for our trip and we all loved our accommodations! It was so easy to get to the beach and the private beach access was perfect! We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out together or separately and the kitchen was well stocked for our 2 nights of cooking various meals for kids and adults. The only thing I would note is that the parking is tight. We both have really large SUVs and we had to get creative with getting both of our vehicles in the parking spaces allotted. Our host was very responsive if I had a question and she was proactive with reminding us of trash days and letting us know the house was ready earlier than planned. It was a great vacation!

Absolutely love our stay!
Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

Whitebird Review
We enjoyed our stay at Whitebird! The house was very clean and well decorated and was also stocked with many items that allowed guests to feel at home and able to cook, do laundry, etc as needed. The beds were SO comfy, everyone slept like a dream. The outdoor areas were wonderful for morning coffees and lounging between activities. Proximity to the private beach and Seaside area really made the trip seamless. Thanks to Sea and Stay 30A, we will be back again!!

Best Vacation Spot On 30A
Whitebird 30A was clean, had the most comfortable beds, was in a small, quiet, gated community, one house from a beautiful pool and right across the street from a gated private beach access with one of the most private beaches on 30A. Also, personal canopies were allowed on a section of the beach, which is rare on 30A. We ate out once at the Old Florida Fish House, which I highly recommend, but the kitchen was so amazing and well-stocked that we easily cooked gourmet meals for our party of 6. The property manager, Sarah, was the best person I have dealt with. She was informative, attentive, kind, and helpful. If there were more than five stars, I would give them!

Wonderful House!
Wonderful house in good location with private beach access across the street. The house was in perfect condition. They went above and beyond the “expected” amenities of an Airbnb. The host company was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Favorite place on 30A
We just love staying at Whitebird 30A! The home is perfect for our family. We love the location…beach is right across the street. Home was clean, beds are comfortable. The swimming pool is amazing. The home is gorgeous - a lot of amenities! Sarah Leeser is the best property manager we have ever dealt with. Location of the house is perfect. Having a pool as another option for swimming other than at the beach is a plus!

Great House
We had the best stay at Whitebird 30A. The kitchen was well stocked with so many dishes, pots and pans, and plenty of utensils. There is even a separate ice maker so we didn’t have to buy bags of ice. Also appreciated all the beach towels and beach wagon and sand toys. It is close to the beach, close to the pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. Most importantly, Sarah was absolutely the best to work with and checked in to make sure all was going well. We hope to come back next year.

30A Luxury at its Finest
Whitebird was a very special place for our family to Relax! The home is beautiful but what really makes it next level is the attentive hostess Sarah! She was there to answer any questions we had and play concierge for us. I have no suggestions because everything was perfect! The home was spotless and everything in perfect working order. Fantastic
Perfect in every way. Fantastic. Only one complaint that there were no beach chairs, but everything could not have been better and every aspect, fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, clean as a whistle and great communication and support.

Whitebird 30A is a Winner
Everything was seamless and easy. Very clean, well kept and beautiful. Beach access is right across the street, super easy, my kids are 15, 11 and 8. The property management company was proactive with communicating making sure everything was good and was responsive when I needed something. Great service!

Highly Recommend!
The property host is incredibly helpful and fast to respond. We have 3 teens and 6 adults. We had plenty of room inside the place. The walk from the house to the beach is under 5 minutes and very easy. Having a private access is absolutely essential and made things so pleasant on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Highly recommend!

Best Santa Rosa Home I've Stayed In!
Best Santa Rosa home I’ve stayed in! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Extremely short, easy walk to beautiful private beach. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking and serving needs. The space is clean and cozy with tons of natural light. The host is extremely responsive. And checkout is a breeze. We spent so much time on the decks listening to music on the home sound system and took a nice bike ride to the breathtaking Deer Park. Another plus, the home has several games and puzzles for those rainy days. Will definitely come back!

Best Weekend Ever!
We had the best time at Whitebird 30A!!!! The host was so responsive to all of our questions about what to do in the area and the house was ready for us so early!!! It was the perfect space for 9 girls to not feel on top of each other all weekend! I definitely would recommend staying here!!!! Beach access was right across the street and it was such a great area. I am sad our trip is over!

What a Great Place!
Everyone had a fantastic time on our Florida vacation, in no small thanks to this great house. Everyone immediately fell in love with it. It was a very comfortable size for our extended family (2 parents, 3 kids, 2 grandparents, an aunt and a niece!) and had all we needed for everyone to stay happy and healthy during the week. The beach is close enough to go back and forth to the house for lunches or if you forgot something, and they had 2 wagons in the shed to help tote all our gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas included in shed) back and forth. We made good use of the bikes, heading into nearby towns or restaurants in the evening. I also need to say that access to the private beach was awesome. The beach is absolutely beautiful white sand, not crowded, and the water was perfect! The waves aren't too big for the little kids, and at least when we were there there was little to no risk of any rip currents. Overall just a fantastic vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

We Would Definitely Rent Again!
Whitebird 30A is a fantastic home. Great location, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach - and the pool is right across the street. The home is also well decorated, unlike most we have stayed in. The outdoor courtyard was a nice place to retreat to at the end of a beach day. What a fabulous house and location! White Bird was absolutely one of the best houses we have stayed in at 30A! We have been coming for many years and this was a favorite! The House was Beautiful!
The house was beautiful and everything we needed for a few days to get away and relax. We typically stay on a different side of 30a, so it was fun to explore this are a bit more. We felt right at home in the house, with more than enough space, fantastic amenities, and a simple walk down to the beach. We are so grateful to stay here and hope to come back soon!

Fantastic!
Stayed at Whitebird 30A with 2 families with preteen and teen kids. Excellent location and easily bikable to seaside. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The beach was a super close walk. Sea & Stay 30A was a pleasure to deal with and the welcome goodies were a very nice touch. We couldn’t have enjoyed our first stay on 30A more.

Above & Beyond!
I’ve stayed at several homes on 30A and this was above and beyond anywhere else we’ve stayed. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a private area with an amazing pool and beach access but close enough to Seaside and Alys/Rosemary. 11/10. Could not recommend enough. Plus the host is so kind & responsive!

The Perfect Place
Loved Whitebird 30A! They have thought of everything so you don’t have to. Beautiful home and everything was perfect from the beds to the bathrooms to the cooking tools. We did a combination of eating out and cooking. The kitchen is fantastic and the gas grill is even off the deck next to the dining nook. Very comfortable with close proximity to beach (across the street with private access) and close enough to Seaside center, but not too far away. Just a great place and we’ll stay there again.
