Whitebird 30A is an impeccably designed contemporary home with four bedrooms and three and half baths accommodating up to eleven. With beautiful furnishings, natural finishes, and free-flowing spaces, the home beckons you into open, expansive spaces to experience the ultimate in luxurious coastal living.  Enter through an exterior patio courtyard area with cozy seating and an outdoor shower, the ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or end your day sipping wine beside the relaxing sounds of a beautiful fountain! Wood floors, high ceilings, and natural finishes all enhance this thoughtfully designed home, ideally suited for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor houses two bedrooms, with one king & one queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunks, with one lower bunk a double bed, sleeping up to 4-5 in the bunk room and up to 8-9 on the first floor alone!  A large, open concept living/dining area with gorgeous Gulf views awaits on the second floor. With multiple seating areas, all can share the space either inside or out on the covered balcony with built-in grill. The den has two modern large sofas and two oversized chairs open to a dining area for seven and large kitchen and island with additional seating for four. A master suite with a king-sized bed, plush bedding and master bath is located on the third floor, providing a lovely, quiet refuge with breathtaking views. An additional guest can be accommodated in a loft area with sleeper sofa outside the master suite.

Spend your days on the property at the beautiful, community infinity pools just steps away, or head to the beach, just across the street, via private beach access accessible with a remote key fob. An on-site shed houses beach toys, beach wagon and a two-seater kayak with life jackets. Please note, there is parking for three vehicles only.  This home is managed by Sea & Stay 30A and available to rent on our website. Parties, events, pets, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. If found in violation, guests are subject to immediate eviction without refund.
